How do we move on? How do we heal the brokenness within us, when our life shatters or we give up and we've already been through so much?! How do we get back up?
We have compounding news around us all the time that can overwhelm us. This constant information of negative content can add to the dissatisfaction and strain in our spirit . We have Personal Stresses, Relationship issues, Personal struggles that torment us from brokenness, from stuff that's happened to us or people close to us. How can we get through these issues?
It's time to look deeper! Let's Detox from personal stress & the world stress. Let's Look at the hidden meanings, agenda's and the personal lessons in it. Let's get to the root cause and pull the weeds. Let's let go of personal distractions that keep us from our inner well-being and happiness. Let's journal, let's start paying attention to what we're actually telling ourselves. Let's pay attention to where we're holding the stress in our body. Breath into it and let it go. Let's get grounded! Let's play, let's reach out to heaven and ask for guidance and help! Let's surround ourselves with people who care, love and nurture ourselves. Let's also love and nurture our own well-being, so we attract those that have that ability to have compassion and love. Mine for the Gold.
I've had my own personal struggles and my own miseries to deal with. We all do. Even when we have the tools, God, and intuition. We don't get out of this life with a little bit of messiness, a little struggle, a little push through our own barriers and breakthrough to the other-side! People reflecting back our frustrations, our unhappiness our guilt, our shame our inner worth. It's time to change. Luckily people also reflect the positive! Pay attention and notice your reactions to people, places, things, and the stories you're telling yourself. What's inside that's hidden. Bring it to light, meditate, journal, speak with a counselor or equivalent. Trust you are love, you're meant for more and you're meant to be happy! Think about simplicity, love and trust yourself. Trust in Life's Purpose. Trust in God. Trust in the Good.
Start over! Reorganize. Re-prioritize. Take personal responsibility. Focus on you, but also serve others or a cause. Focus on your personal health. When we eat healthier we feel better! When you don't have the personal energy to give, nurture yourself, what feeds your soul?
Mood is everything. Positive attitude. Transforming your mind and habits and personal stories, pay attention to things you've been subconsciously telling yourself. Start somewhere and don't overwhelm yourself. Take 1 step at a time; multiple if you can and just keep going! Don't give up, strive for better, even when you mess up. You can take it easy and let things slide for a little while, but you need to stand back up! Take back your life, your health & well-being!
Things are reversible, life starts over, heaven can help and there are angels by your side!
Only You Can Do It! You might have cheer leaders, but you're it, you're what makes you better! Create healthy boundaries, love yourself! Find your inner creativity and your light and allow your soul to shine through! Find what brings you peace, health and happiness!
Create your own inner peace, but don't hide from the world! Shine.
Shine your light, speak your truth, find your light! Reveal your inner light! Be you! Grow in love and compassion!
