Reiki is a great recovery tool for when you're feeling low or stuck. Reiki may have a nice balancing effect on mood, reduced stress and anxiety and it also supports your immune system! You'll benefit from a 30 minute session, but I highly recommend a 1 hour session. The more sessions, the more in balanced you'll begin to feel as things shift for you, but one session is great too!
