Taking time to relax and breathe in the moment is a positive solution to find deeper stillness within by allowing yourself to be focused on your breath for a few minutes. Take a minute to notice how you are breathing. Get comfortable in your ability to connect with your breath, to renew your energy, vitality and stillness.
Breathing oxygenates your blood, allows you to slow down in a hurried day and helps to be a focal point for meditation. Enjoy your moment to yourself by releasing any distractions from your concentration. Your concentration to should be focused on your breath.
